"I am an ample size 16/18 and I did not think something this fitted through the waist would look good on me, but after seeing this dress in the lobby on a previous visit I decided to give it a shot. Wow, wow, wow! It fit my personality to a t and it defined my waistline without any pooching or other problems. I did not want to take it off! I am having an outdoor wedding in October and this dress will be so perfect. I know it will knock his socks off!
Also at first I did not want a bridal bra, opting for my own strapless, but my mom convinced me to try one and I am so happy I did. It took me down almost a full dress size and the dress lays really extra nice over it. The largest size they had for me to try was a regular 16, and I could not zip it up until I put on the bridal bra. I will still order the 16W to get rid of the back bulge and some gathering in my waist area, but I had no idea a long line bra could do so much for me.
Only change I will make is to bustle the train so I will not worry about dragging it through to dirt."

"I wore this dress in my December wedding and it was amazing. When i was trying on dresses at Davids Bridal i never expected the second dress i tried on to be the one. "I first saw this dress online and it was the only dress that really caught my eye and I felt like I had to try on. I was also excited that it came in blue because I want to compliment the blue my fiance will be wearing with his tie and vest and the blue for my bridesmaids. I went to go check out the store with my mom and my aunt. As soon as I walked into the store the dress was right there on a mannequin and then I knew it was really meant to be. It was the only dress I tried on and it looked PERFECT. It made me feel so pretty and look so skinny even after not losing the weight I gained from having my son. I have never felt so pretty as I did that day and everyone around me loved it. The associates said I'm the first person they ever saw try it on. My mom ordered it for me in blue that day and I can't wait for it to come in and see it in person since they only keep the pink one in store. The dress really was meant for me I think and it truly is amazing."

"I was worried about how this was going to look on me, because after having a baby, I'm not very skinny these days. I thought I'd stay away from anything poofy or with a full skirt... I tried on one that I loved and thought was going to be my dress, but with everyone else telling me to keep trying for fun, we came to this one and it was PERFECT. SO flattering, makes my waist look tiny, NO BACKFAT! which every other dress seems to cause... it's the one. Can't wait to wear it for my Valentine's Day courtyard wedding!"

"I went shopping with my mom, my niece and my maid and matron of honor. My consultant was showing us around and we passed by this dress. My girls both practically squealed when they saw it and said I just HAD to try it on. I just nodded and kept going because I knew I'd been thinking about another lacey dress that I was sure would be perfect. Well it wasn't all that I expected when I tried it on so everyone suggested I try on this dress. I said I would try it on just to humor them, with ever expectation of just sending it to the back of the line and continuing my search. Once I got it on, this dress was PERFECT! It's very figure flattering and slimming. It's perfect for my garden wedding next year! I've always said I don't want strapless because I'm rather full busted and don't want to chance any accidents! haha So we're going to add straps to the dress to make me more comfortable. This dress is just AMAZING!"

"The night before I went to try on dresses, my mom called me & told me about a dress she found & I let her know I just added it to my favorites list that same day! I tried on about 5 dresses prior to this one, I actually almost forgot about it! I'm very glad I remembered it because this ended up being my dress! I immediately fell in love with this dress as soon as I put it on. It's very lightweight & it flows, which I absolutely love. I've always said I wanted color in my wedding gown, but didn't want to same ole dress with color everyone else gets, so this was a great option! I'm having my wedding this fall (2012) & my colors go great with the detail in this dress. I can't wait to wear it on our special day!! :)"

"I just bought this dress today. I will post a picture after my fitting. I am having a June wedding with a cherry blossom wedding theme. The flowers all match the theme perfectly.
I would have never picked a dress like this for myself, but Emily, my consultant, threw it in with some other dresses for me to try on. I am a farm girl that wears cutoff t-shirts and jeans, I would have never looked at something like this for myself.
When I walked out my sister and mother said this is the one. I loved it, even though I am not a girl that wears dresses. I moved around in it at the store, even danced and sat in it. I love it. I would wear it every day between now and June 16th if I could. I cannot wait until my fitting just so I can wear it again."

"I saw this gown on-line and was immediately attracted to the fact that it was different, which is exactly what I was looking for. This was my number 1 choice but I tried on other gowns 1st (at least 5). When I slipped into this gown, it fit perfectly and felt so lightweight! My whole demeanor changed and the tears started to flow. Kept it on for quite awhile. Love, Love, Love it! Wish I could have taken it with me, but I am ordering it in Blue and it will take 4 months to come it. Cannot wait for my Fiancee to see me in this gown on our 10/6/12 wedding. :)"

"I went into David's bridal a couple months ago and put a dress on layaway that I thought at the time was my dream dress. I really hadn't tried on that many dresses before that one so it was really the first dress that I actually liked on me and I just went with it. For the past month i've been having doubts about it and feeling like I didn't really get a full shopping experience or look around longer I just jumped into the first dress I liked.
I have always loved this dress I thought it was fun, unique and beautiful. My fiance and I are getting married on our 10 year anniversary and we also have a 5 year old daughter. But me being traditional I wanted an all white dress. The more I looked at this dress online the more it grew on me so I just had to go try it on to see if I loved it as much as I did online. My MOH called the closest store to me, the one I usually go to and they said they didn't have it but another store had it but they only had one and it wasn't in my size, so she called that store and come to find out they had ONE left and it was in MY size! I just figured it was meant to be so I went and tried it on and fell in LOVE!!!!!
I am a full figured girl I am not thin at all and I am a size 18(as much as I hate saying that LOL) but this dress made me look so much smaller!! I loved it it is very figure flattering on me.
I also added a blush light pink sash around it that does the brooshing in the front of the sash and is a thicker sash with lots of details on it and ties in the back and trails down. I am getting married in July so it is pefect for any summer wedding. it is comfortable, and light weight but still very classy and elegant! I even had to change my wedding color scheme to fit this dress but I don't care because I love it that much. Would reccommend it to anyone!"

"When I went in to try on dresses, I had never even considered this dress. I was sure I wanted a lace dress for my vintage garden wedding next summer. I was also pretty sure I didn't want anything strapless. After trying on the beaded lace gown I had been dreaming of, I wan't as happy with it as I had hoped. My consultant chose this one for me to try, and I'm so glad she did. It was so comfortable and very flattering on a fuller figure. I knew I didn't want anything traditional and the floral inset makes it anything but. You should definitely try this one on. I can't wait for him to see me in this dress!"

"This dress is so different between the airy chiffon, the feminine floral inset and the playful flower accent....it has a whimsical feel. I was looking at tea length dresses for our outdoor "vineyard" wedding in May, but when I put this one on, my MOH claimed it was made for me & my FMIL teared up. Normally, I would feel intimidated by this much dress, but it's so light that I'm sure to "float" down the aisle to my Bridegroom. I'm going for my first fitting this Saturday. We picked bridesmaid dresses in "Plum" & "Fern" and they really pick up the colors in the floral inset, which are much richer (and not pink) than in the catalog photo."

"When I first started shopping for a dress I was not really sure exactly what I wanted. I picked out three dresses to start with. This being the third dress. I tried the first two on and they were beautiful but, when I tried this one on I knew the minute I looked in the mirror that it was the dress for me. It is soft and light weight. "I bought this dress for my destination beach wedding in Mexico. I originally was going with the 2 in 1 organza dress, because I thought it would be perfect for a destination wedding. My mom wanted me to try this dress on, so I did. I fell in love with it. It's light weight and flowey. I would recommend this dress for any outside wedding.
The only tip I have is to look your dress over when it comes in. I had to reorder my dress because there was a noticable stain on the white part from the floral print."

"My mother, my daughter and I went to David's Bridal last Sunday to try on gowns. I picked 3 gowns that I liked that were similar to the ones on clearance online. I have a strict budget. I tried on all three, thought they were pretty but still had not made up my mind. The consultant that was assisting me with zippers, adjustments etc. had this dress in her hand when I came back out of the dressing room and asked me to try it on. Once I came back out of the room and saw myself in the mirror I felt and looked like a PRINCESS! I was in tears and so were my mother and daughter. I am getting married in late February 2012. The three of us have collectively decided to purchase this dress for me together and I am so thankful that I went into the store to try on gowns and see how they look on me! This is a perfect dress to bring the feeling of spring and romance into the BORING WINTER MONTHS. Don't let the pics in the book fool you. Go to the store to see the beauty and brilliant color in this dress! BONUS: I looked like a 12 and I am really a 16!"

"i tried this on because the design intrigues me and i just want to see how i would look in a ball gown. but boy was i surprised! i had to try on a size larger because they don't have it on my size and they just have to put some temporary clips so it wouldn't be as loose and it's just beautiful!
i'm just not sure if i would really want this for my wedding gown because the colored ruffles gives an impression of a sweet-16 gown rather than a wedding gown but other than that i would imagine this would look good on any shape and size."
