"I am going to be a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding and just purchased this dress in Pool. I'm average sized, but I have a little pooch for my stomach, and was afraid that it would be too tight and show it, but was happily surprised that it fit me perfectly, without alterations. I love the color! I plan to wear the dress again after the wedding, to a military ball with my boyfriend. It will go very nicely with his uniform. I can't wait to pick up my dress. :-) I would highly recommend it!"

"It has been a whirlwind of emotions on finding bridesmaid's dress, but we FINALLY found it. My bridesmaids come in all shapes and sizes so it was a bit of a challenge to find the perfect dress, but when we saw this dress we just knew it was going to work. 3 of my 6 bridesmaids tried it on and 2 of those 3 absolutely LOVED it and the other said it was alright (but she didn't have the right size, so when the right size comes in I'm sure she'll love it).. I'm just so glad we found the bridesmaid's dresses and they will be in in March!!!! :) cannot wait for the wedding and to see how beautiful my bridesmaids will be in these beautiful dresses!!"

"My bridal party is full of all shapes and sizes and we were beyond frustrated when trying to find a dress that fit everyone. A fellow bride-to-be overheard our struggle and suggested this gown as she had recently worn it in a friends wedding and found it incredibly comfortable and flattering. "I bought this for a Red Hat Convention. We must dress in purple and wear red hats. There will be a formal dinner at the convention and the Lapis color will be perfect. It is not too purple so I will be able to wear it to other events besides Red Hat events. They had my size & color available in the store so there was no waiting. They also altered it to fit me perfectly right then as well. I also bought a matching 3/4" sleeve Bolero jacket.I couldn't ask for anything better. A beautiful dress that is flattering to any figure. Very elegant. I am so pleased :)"

Terrible Tailoring

"Don't get me wrong, the dress is absolutely beautiful and I think it will complememnt my gown very nicely, however when the first bridesmaid dress arrived, the workmanship was awful and had to be re-ordered. Now we are waiting another month for it to come in. The entire dress was lopsided. One side had way more fabric than the other and the seams weren't straight at all. My bridesmaid was told that this rarely happens but sometimes they recieve a defective dress. Uhm, thank goodness my wedding is still a few months away. I just hope this next one is much better as well as my other bridesmaids. So much for being a stress-free bride!
Besides that, I am still giving the dress 3 stars because it is beautiful and compliments any figure! I just wish the quality was better."

"I bought this dress for my friend Allicia's wedding in May of 2011 and let me say what a delight it was to wear. I am a larger woman on top and was worried about wearing a strapless gown, but this gown held me in well. I had red hair when I wore this and the combination of the dress and my hair was breathtaking. My favorite part was the broach because it added a little sparkle without going over the top. It fit my style to a T! I would definately reccomend it to women of all body types and sizes."

"I wore this dress for my best friends wedding this summer in Florida. It was very hot and humid, even with it being an evening ceremony. By the time I got the dress off I was drenched in sweat. It had not ventilation. But other then that they were beautiful and easy to dance in and maneuver around in. They looked good on all the girls from a size 24 to a size 2."

"I love this dress! It is so comfortable! It fit true to the size chart. I only have one complaint; the brooch came off before the night was over. Regardless, I still give this dress a five heart rating. It was any easy fix that only took 5 minutes to stitch back on. I definitely recommend this dress to anyone!"

"OMG! This dress is so beautiful and so comfortable! I haven't worn a formal gown in years and was dreading having to "suck it in" and stand stick straight all evening. "I took my bridesmaids shopping and they all decided on this dress (in Ruby). It was beautiful and everyone seemed happy. We ordered the dresses and waited for them to come in. Once they arrived 2 out of the 3 dresses were too small and had to be sent back (even though we tried them on in the store) This was an inconvenience, but not a terrible issue. We sent them back and got different sizes easily. However, the thing that concerns me the most is that throughout the day spent in the dresses they stretched out TERRIBLY! Little did I know, but at the reception my mother actually had to find the emergency sewing kit and pin one of the bridesmaid dresses to her bra so that it would stay on- even after sending it back because the next size down wouldn't zip (by about 2 inches!). I loved the look of the dresses, but the size issues really concern me. You don't want the dresses falling off at the reception! I don’t know if this issue is just with this dress or with DB dresses in general- just be careful and pack an emergency sewing kit!"
