"I received my gown today 5/15/12 and it is perfect. It fits to the tea but i am normally a size 8 and I got a 10 and it is a perfect fit. I may go down a size but at least I know it will be able to be taken in. The dress is nice for my Vegas wedding coming up in October. Anyone who was hesitant on this dress. Don't second guess yourself. BUY It. It is so worth it."

"If you are like me and like the simple things in life, then this dress is for you. I love my dress and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. The dress is light weight and has just the right amount of train. I paired it with a clover sash just like the photo as that is my color scheme. "I found this dress online the day before my appointment, and I'm glad I did! You can't beat the price! The dress is as comfortable as you can be in a wedding dress. Plus, it has pockets- perfect place for tissues when the tears start flowing! I will say that you need a sash with this dress! It just isn't as pretty without a sash. This was the first dress I tried on, it was the cheapest, and the one I loved the most! I'm so glad I bought this dress! It is simple, classic and elegant. In 20 years, you won't be asking yourself "Why did I wear that?", you will still be in love with your dress because it is timeless!"

"I'm not getting married for several years, but on a whim (what woman wouldn't want to ooh and aah over wedding dresses every now and then?), I decided to check David's Bridal online. I looked at soooo many dresses before I saw this one. I knew immediately that it was The Dress. I feel gorgeous in it and it makes my stick figure look like I actually have curves. It's absolutely perfect! If my boyfriend would allow me to take a picture in it (he says it gives him pre-wedding jitters just knowing I have it!), I'd post it in a heartbeat!"

"I think I tried on 15 dresses of all different styles before this one - I knew this was it as soon as we tied on the sash. Three words: try it on!
How do I love this dress? Let me count the ways...
- Pockets. How cool is that?
- The perfect balance between modern and classic. Feminine and bold at the same time. This dress has my personality.
- The dress is simple in its design, really, but the full skirt creates HUGE drama, especially with a sash. No need for beading or lace with this dress.
- The bodice is flattering to a lady's midsection :)
- The dress is super comfortable and easy to move around in, which is important because I intend to rock out at the reception.

"I just bought this dress yesterday in a David's Bridal Store. I have tried on so many and thought a ball gown was just too much fuss. The second I tried it on I was stunned. It's got flare without feeling like I've got a hula-hoop underneath the skirt. The material is completely original/unique and so ridiculously fun! I've got Double D's and my chest was completely in control and I felt so very comfortable moving and dancing in this! My wedding is this summer and I am over the moon about this dress! If you can find it, BUY IT!"

"I don't know why they don't show the full dress on the web because it is absolutely adorable and very, very flattering. I originally chose another dress and after seeing the pictures my friend took when I got home, I immediately went back and chose this one. The dress is light and airy and so elegant. I was looking for a timeless, classic piece with a little twist. So I actually got the apple colored embellished sash which I plant to wear (not tied in a bow). This dress also photos very well. Definitely put this on your list to at least try it on. Also, from what others tell me, it makes my waist look very tiny and gives me a very shapely look on top."

"I have to say that the pictures on here just don't do justice to the dresses! I tried on so many beautiful dresses, but this one was fun and flirty and so classic! It really fit my personality and that fun vintage old hollywood idea I wanted. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fabric of this dress and the box pleating in the front is such a nice touch. You must not put this dress aside, give it a try! i added a purple sash with beading on the front for more detail. You cant beat the price either! I should also add that Im a bit more curvy, and this dress was flattering and I felt like a true beautiful bride!"

"I had no intention of getting a strapless gown, or a ball gown style for that matter. I pulled it off the rack to try on because I liked how the fabric wasn't shiny or crinkly. I wanted something simple, elegent, and timeless. This was the second dress I tried on and I liked it a lot. Once we put a sash on it I loved it even more. I returned the next day with the broach and necklace I wanted to wear and that sealed the deal! I added a cover up because I always get cold in air conditioning or on summer evenings and I liked the black cover up with the black sash.
I ordered the dress in ivory and without a train. No train will save you $50 by the way! I love how it has pockets as well. I have an A cup size and with a strapless bra underneath the dress I not only didn't need to alter it, but it made me look larger than I am. I liked that.
I had several people tell me that the dress was perfect and beautiful on me and I even overheard a woman telling her friend that she now had try on the same dress."

Simple but Beautiful

"Ok, so when i went into Davids Bridal i was skeptical that i would be able to find a dress that i loved and that made me look good. I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and have a lot of weight to lose before the wedding.
I had this dress in mind when i went into the store. I loved it because it has pockets and I think that is sooo cute. I definitely know i needed something that would support my bust. I am a large busted woman. I wear about a 38DDD.
I am a lil scared about the size that i ordered.
In the store i tried on a 14 and it could not zip. I typically wear a 12 or 14 so i was a lil discouraged. The sales lady said the dress is a 14 narrow which is really like a size 10. I ordered a 16w. Hopefully that fits me a lil better. Even if i lose weight i can always get in taken in at the seams.

"I bought this dress this weekend, and I am in LOVE with it! The photos on the website do this dress no justice! It is beautiful, with subtle details.

"So like alot of the other stories I went into DB with my man of honor and bridesmaid they picked the dress out for me. I tried it on first then when to 8-9 others. This dress made them cry so I tried it back on knowing i LOVED this one the best. "I went to David's Bridal, just to look. My wedding was 15 months away, and just wanted to see what my style was and how much I was willing to spend! I'm very simple, but wanted to go outside my comfort zone a little. This dress is simple, yet beautiful when paired with a sash! For all you skeptics out there, please try this on!! I pulled probably 10 dresses and this happend to be one of them, all because it had pockets! I'm a sucker for dresses with pockets!!
I'm 6' tall and a little on the top heavy side and never thought I would find a dress that fit perfect! Well, with the 2nd dress I tried on (this one), I was already sold! I loved it and it fit perfect. No alterations needed, until the consultant had me try a different slip, which made it a little more poofy (and much better) it made it a little too short! Luckly for me, they can order it in extra length! I didn't want to try on any other dresses, I knew I had fallen in love. I'm so excited to wear this on my wedding day! And the other girls are right, it is extremely comfortable!
All the other brides and their friends and family that were at David's Bridal were telling me that this dress was the one! So I ordered it on the spot! :)"

"I had my dress picked out from a different designer but ended up deciding that it was way more money than I wanted to spend so I decided to look at DB. Prior to my appointment I had put this on my list of 8 dresses I wanted to try on but it was at the very bottom of my list. Seeing it in the store I was even less impressed. It seemed so plain and simple and I wanted princess. I tried it on anyways and with the addition of a dark sash and pin it was beyond PERFECT. Random women I didn't even know were telling me that it was my dress. That didn't happen with any of the other dresses I tried on. The dress is stunning in simpleness and with the right touches it transforms into a classicly beautiful dress. It reminds me of something from the 40's or 50's."

"I went to davids bridal just to look at dresses and get an idea of what i wanted. I tried on several dresses and liked them all but when i put this one on it was like this feeling just came over me! This was my dress! I ordered it in Ivory and was told it would be there in 15 to 18 weeks. I recived an email a week later saying that it had come in! I was so excited and so lucky they had one in stock already! I couldnt be happier and cant wait for everyone to see me in my dress on my wedding day!"
