"This was the 2nd dress I purchased. I was hasty and bought one online, got it and decided that it was not the dress for my special day. My mom, sister (Matron of Honor) and I went again to try on dresses. I had been looking at this dress online and when I found in on the rack and tried it on....I KNEW!! It looked so great on my "Spongebob" figure...it made me look like I have curves. It was so comfortable and I loved wearing it. I didn't wear the corset bra or a full skirt under the dress and only had to have to bustle added for alterations. I loved my dress, I want to wear it again!!"

"So I had actually tried on a lot of other ball gown dresses that weren't as simple. This dress was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of all the other dresses I tried on. It was perfect! I had that AHA moment. "i just love this dress. i got married on nov 11th. i thought it would be hard to find a dress that i loved for my fiqure. but when i saw this dress my maid of honor and i loved it. i got the dress in ivory. even though it looks simple in the picture. but close up it has alot of detailed. i felt so beautiful on my wedding day. i felt very comfortable in it too during the wedding.. everybody could not stop talking about what a beautiful dress it was. i definietly recommend the dress to all brides."

"This was the second dress i tried on, and when i saw myself in the mirror, i was done shopping for dresses! Its so lovely on, all the Galina dresses are soft and romantic, but this is the dress for me. I'm a size 8, 5'5. I don't suggest trying it on with the corset bra, as it adds bulk. I'm not posting pics yet, the big day is 7/28/12 so i don't want to give away the surprise. Adding it to your "try on collection" will not disappoint =) I also found my bridesmaids dresses through DB as well, one shoulder knee length in watermelon."

"I wanted to add my photos because I found it so helpful to see a visual aid of these dresses on real women, not just models from the site/magazine. This dress is perfect for someone who is after a true "princess bride" look for less cost than most other ball gowns out there. The fitted rouched bodice really looks great on top and has lovely beaded detail at the waist, and the ball gown skirt has a lot of volume, especially when paired with a slip underneath. When I put it on I got the "warm & fuzzy" bridal feeling instantly! Perfect dress! * *Side Note: The cropped photo shows me holding down the top part of the bodice, because I will have it altered into a sweetheart neckline later, and also is shown with the full ball gown slip underneath. They told me the sweetheart alteration cannot be done by David's, but this can easily be done by another seamstress if you prefer that look."

"I saw this dress online and fell in love with the ruffles. I wasn't into ballgowns at the time. So I didn't think I would like the whole thing on. I was so wrong. I absolutely fell in love with this dress. It is simple yet so stunning. It made me feel like a princess. It does not have a lot of details but what it does have, is makes it so beautiful.
I wore a 2 layered veil and a pearl necklace and it all looked wonderful together. I love how this dressed made me feel when I put it on. I continue to smile every time i think about my dress."

"After trying on an array of dresses with one of my bridesmaids, aunt, and mom in tow, I had every intention of buying gown WG3057. However, when I arrived at David's to purchase the gown, this lovely gem caught my eye, and I just had to try it on. Oh, my goodness. "I tried on just about every dress at David's Bridal and was struggling to find the perfect dress. This dress was not on the sales floor and not advertised in the catalog but the store I was at had it in the back and just had received it in. The sales rep brought it to me and I fell in love. "this dress does not look very detailed or intricate on the model; however in person this dress is absolutely amazing! this dress is nothing like what i have tried on (lace and mermaids) you get the full "bridal" feel from this dress.....my best advice try it on without the corset bra....much more slimming and comfortable"

"Before I went to David's, I really didn't know what to expect. All of the gowns are lovely online, but it is so hard to tell without trying them on! I tried on about eight dresses, with no real idea of what I was looking for. I had favorited this dress online, but the picture made it seem only average. It wasn't until I put the gown on that I realized that it is absolutely perfect in every way. When my consultant, Nicole, had me close my eyes while she put on a tiara and veil, then had me open them to see the full effect, I totally lost it! My mom, sister and I all actually cried (and I used to think it sounded like such a silly thing to tear up about, just wait until you find your dress! :). I truly had my fairytale moment and I absolutely cannot wait to wear this gown when I get married next year."

"The photos on the site truly don't showcase just how beautiful this dress really is. I initially passed on this dress when I saw it online, and didn't even recognize it in the store.
I didn't see anything in DB that gave me that fairytale moment that you hear about when you've finally found 'the dress', until I saw this. I put it on, and I really did just know it was the dress for me.
I purchased the dress in a size 14, and it fits like a dream. Very comfortable, and flattering for hourglass figures. Despite the lack of pizazz on the stock photos, I definitely suggest anyone add this to their selections to try on."

"I'm petite, and I got lost in the ballgowns I tried on previously. This gown is so light and airy, that I didn't get lost in it. I love how it flows when I walk in it, it's almost like I'm gliding on air. It's the perfect light ballgown for my outdoor summer wedding. I also added a flower at the waist which made a huge difference."

"I went into the store with a printout of my favorites from online. This dress was one of them. After trying on many dresses, the saleswoman brought this one over and I LOVED it! I was not really sure if I wanted strapless, but I just feel in love with this dress. A nice feature is that the skirt starts further down your torso than the typical strapless dresses, which causes a classy and slimming look!"

"I went to Davids a few months ago, and tried on every strapless gown in the store that I liked from the catalog, but none of them were totally thrilling me, so I decided to wait until after the holidays to go back. This time around, I put this one on my list because of the positive reviews, and ladies, you did not disappoint me! It was stunning on, and all my bridesmaids and my mom and mother-in-law to be all gasped at the same time- it is simply gorgeous in person and incredibly flattering. Even other customers were coming over and asking the salespeople if they could try this one on. It looks kind of plain in the website pics, but it there is actually so much detail on it. It is also lighter than most of the dresses I tried on and very delicate and feminine. Put this one on your list to try on- you won't be disappointed."
