A wonderful dress

"My reason for choosing this dress was a little unusual. I needed a dress to do a reenactment as Mary Todd Lincoln. This dress, except for needing some extra crinoline, is an almost an exact replication of one of her ball gowns. It is beautiful and comfortable and with all the accessories, I'm positive I will make a beautiful Mrs. Lincoln! I have bought several dresses at our local DB and have always been delighted with their assistance and the dressess ... and the compliments at each event!"

Perfect MOG Dress

"I decided to go shopping with my future mother-in-law to get an idea of what dress she might like to wear at our wedding in August. We were skeptical about going to DB after having no luck finding a dress for her other son's wedding this past November. , but decided to go anyway.
My FMIL found quite a few dresses she liked. This was the first dress she tried on and the one we compared every other dress too. We decided to go look at another store just to make sure this was the dress. The entire car ride and even in the other store we were talking about this dress.
My FMIL is very busty. This dress gave her curves and didn't make her bust stand out. The dress zipped and fit like it was made for her. We never expected to not only find a dress on our first day of looking, but to take it home with us, too. My FMIL is excited to wear this dress in August and I know she will be a beautiful MOG.
I definitely recommend this dress!"

"I'm the mother of the groom and i've been dreading the whole shopping thing, but i tried on this dress and OMG!! This dress is absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do it justice. If you like this dress, you have to see it in person. I feel so pretty and elegant in the dress. I can't wait for wedding now!!"

Beautiful Dress!

"I ordered this dress after my husband decided that he did not like my first choice. This dress is beautiful, comfortable, and feels great on. The only thing I would caution is the color. We ordered it in the Ruby color for a Fall wedding and when the dress arrived it was much more purple looking than ruby in color. Still a beautiful dress for any figure type."

"We are both divorced. This was our second marriage so I was looking for something in ivory or champagne. I went to David's Bridal 3 times before this dress found me. Yes- it found me! I was looking through the bridesmaid section when I saw this one peeking out from the rest. The mink color was what attracted me to it. When I put it on I felt like a princess! Since I am 5'2" I had a little hemming and taking up at the shoulder area. I usually wear petite clothing.... I got married on 12/11/10 and had many positive comments on my dress and on the color. My husband said he felt like "an angel" was walking towards him when he saw me for the first time in it.... I highly recommend this dress as a second wedding dress or as a special occasion dress. It slims you quite beautifully! My only advice is order a black torsolette to wear under it. I didn't because it wasn't going to be in on time. I had a little bit of black bra showing but the lining is dark brown so it didn't look bad at all."

"My mother and I have been on the hunt for the perfect mother of the bride dress. We searched everywhere, including three local bridal stores and even went online. None of the dresses matched my vision of what I wanted my mother to wear on my big day. We went to Davids this past weekend to order my bridesmaids dresses and told my mom to just "look around." She grabbed a couple dresses, including this one, and tried them all on. Once this was one was on, I completely fell in love with it. Most mother of the bride dresses we had found were old looking or appropriate for a wedding. My mother is young and this dress compliments her personality and her figure completely. In it, she felt comfortable yet elegant and I can't wait to see her in it on the day of the wedding!"

"I took my full figured mom to David's Bridal to look for a dress for my wedding. I was worried about finding something that looked really good because the models are always really small and she just doesn't have that frame. She tried on a few dresses and when she put this dress on I freaked out. This is the most gorgeous dress I've ever seen on her. It looks absolutely incredible!!! I LOVE IT!"
