"I feel in love with this dress right from the beginning. I was afraid that it would look out of proportion for me since I am 5'3" but it was stunning. It was just what I wanted for my simple wedding. The halter style dress was well suited for my chest and did not accentuate my hips - as I feared it might. I love, love, love this dress!"

"After trying on a few dresses in the styles that I thought I liked, the consultant suggested that I try this gown on "just for the heck of it" and because of my height. I was doubtful that I would actually like this style and fit, since the halter design wasn't something I had initially been too interested in. After reluctantly trying on this gown, I immediately changed my idea of what I thought I wanted. Along with some other gown potentials, I tried this on a second time with my father's company. When I modeled this gown, my father's eyes filled with tears and he said, "That's the one." This helped solidify my decision. With a simple yet elegant look, I was more than pleased with my father's choice and so were many others; I received endless compliments throughout the day."

"I saw this dress in a magazine and really liked it but was hesitant to try it on. The stylist at the store grabbed it for me anyway and when I put it on I fell in love with it! It fit like a glove and I got the old Hollywood-vintage look I was hoping for at my wedding. It was not the dress I thought I would get in the beginning but it turned out to be the PERFECT dress for me!"

"This dress was not on top of my list.I didnt even try it the first day i went in to try dresses. After the first time I realized that what you see in pictures doesnt really reflect the look that you'll get so I started trying on dresses randomly. My only criteria was that I did not want a poofy dress. Once I put this gown on, I immediately went "WOW!" It fit like a glove and had that modern-classy look. I felt beautiful and that's what sold it to me. I tried couple more dresses but none of them gave me the same emotion and excitement. Once I got this dress it helped me figure out the theme for the wedding, that old Hollywood/classy style. ...I believe this dress stands out because of style that will never get old and I'll always be able to look back without feeling its not pretty or in style anymore..."

"My mother, father, an MOH all went dress shopping, an after 3 hours of trying on every dress I could think of, I gave up. I went walking thru the store an just happened to find this dress, SOOOOOO glad that I did, it was perfect!!! I don' think that I could find anything better, it is PERFECT!!! An you don't have to be a size 0 to wear it, mine is a 10 and makes me look like a 0, lol the beading fits amazing, however I am 5 10 so I had to order the dress in a long so I will be gaining an inch in the top and 3 to the bottom."

"When me, my mom, and sister went to David's Bridal I didn't fall IN LOVE with any of the dresses I tried on. At the last minute I asked the consultant to get this dress and when I came out in it my mom said "Oh this is the one!" I fell in love instantly. This dress is so flattering and sexy! "I just bought this dress and I absolutely love it !!!!!! I had seen it on line and went to the store to try a few that were in my favorites.This was the second dress I tried on and knew it was the one!!!! My friends made me try on at least 8 others and not one of them could come close to the beauty of this dress.If you are curvy this is a match made in heaven.Can not wait for my wedding day !!!! "I decided to go dress shopping thinking it would be a process... However, with the help of my sister and the attendant they picked out 4 gowns for me. I had in mind something soft, flowing but still hugging as I am 5' 9". Tried on this gown and loved the fit and feel right away but didn't like the train (not my style). Once i found out i can remove the train without it spoiling my gown i was over-joyed and bought my gown right there and then. I now can't wait for my big day!!"

"I didn't have an appointment and wasn't intending on making a purchase when I stopped by just to browse. As soon as I walked in the door, the attendants were professional and courteous. They allowed me to browse and one of them walked over and asked if I would like to try a few on. I hesitated and then said sure. I am 5'9 so length has been an issue with previous dresses I tried. The first dress I tried was very pretty, then three more then the fourth dress was simply WOW! I looked in the mirror and was surprised to see a dress that I never imagined could be so elegant and beautiful. I also purchased the cathedral veil and crystal headband to set off the veil's beauty! Thank you David's Bridal .. I felt beautiful and cannot wait to walk down the aisle in December 2012 to see my groom's face."

"I started dress shopping this morning, and I brought pics of my favorites; I didn't think I was thin enough to pull this off, but once I had it on, I didn't want to take it off. I tried on several other dresses (most ballgowns and strapless) and felt like a marshmallow; they did nothing to accentuate my body at all. *This* dress, however, was perfect. I'm 5'7", 149 lbs, and this dress in a size 8 seriously made me feel like a million bucks. I didn't want to take it off, and I'm thrilled that I found it on my first day of shopping : )"

"I searched David Bridal website everday since 04/01/2011. On my first visit to the site, this was the only dress I really liked. So I read the reviews and looked at the pictures. And bride that picked this dress was beautiful. After trying it on that was it for myself I fell in love it. I had to have this for my special day on Sept 3, 2011. "Ugly on the model. Ugly on the hanger. BEAUTIFUL on a real woman! I was worried that the only dress I would find is one that was poofy and had a ton of material! I am 5'2" and 106 lbs. I'll get lost in all that. When I saw this dress I didn't want it because it looked ugly. Then I put it on and DIDN"T want to take it off! So elegant yet fiesty and sexy. I felt beautiful on my wedding day, not like a white poof ball. I didn't want to look like a princess, I wanted to look like me. Short, curvy and full of sassy pazazz. I needed a dress that would hold up a large chest but not look like a granny! The dress also needed to be cool enough for the weather. I hit the jackpot! It was even durable and breathable enough to rock out at my reception! Change the model Davids Bridal! This dress belongs on a big and beautiful woman or a petite girl who wants to rock!"

"This is a "Drop Dead Gorgeous Dress!" You get Chic & Elegant wrapped in one. This was the first & only dress that I tried on. The only thing that I did was reinforced the neck closure....per previous reviews. Also, with this dress, you have the right amount of "Bling" around the drop waist, that slightly hides your muffin top if you have one, and the sweep train is a perfect length. I wore my dress throughout the ceremony & on the way home. It was too comfortable to take off. My guests are still talking about my wedding. The dress with the "WoW Factor!!" Just try it on....you will be hooked, and no other dress will measure up! This dress will never be dated!!"
