"I absolutely loved this dress. It was like a fairy tale at my wedding. I was so beautiful in it, and everybody else loved it, too. My husband was even amazed. He thought I was stunning. The bridesmaids dresses were also from David's Bridal, and they were gorgeous! The colors were malibu and purple."

"I didn't have to try on many dresses to know this was the one- I tried on a few conservative, traditional dresses that looked very pretty but they just didn't have that wow factor or fun side to them that this gown has. It goes with my personality perfectly. It's traditional on top but so fun on the bottom. I also loved the look when it was bustled. See my pictures! This gown will make anyone feel like a princess on their big day!!"

"I tried on a few dresses, I was really looking at the mermaid style, but the consultant brought out this one. At first I was hesitant to even try it on. I am so glad I did. As soon as I walked out of the fitting room, I knew it was the one. This dress fit me perfectly. I have curves and it flatters all of them! I cannot wait to wear it in front of my fiancé on our wedding day. It is killing me not being able to show him now!"

"I couldnt have picked a better dress for myself..I was so happy with the way the dress fit and it was very comfortable. It made me feel like a princess and i got a lot of complements on it. We had a destination wedding in February and had our ceremony on the beach and this dress looks so beautiful in pictures.. I ABSOLUTLY LOVED IT! My Bridesmaides dresses were Watermelon color."

"Yesterday I walked into David's Bridal in Springfield with the intention of buying a wedding dress. Me and my mother had looked at the website and picked out our favorites. I had fallen in love with this one and was convinced that that one was the one. My mother had other ideas. I tried on all of her favorites first and I loved the first one. All the rest of them, while beautiful, just had something on them that I didn't like. Then I tried on the one I had fallen in love with and found out that I didn't quite love it as much as I thought I was going to. So I was pretty much sold on the first one. Then my mother told me that I should try on this gown just for fun and I thought what the heck. I put it on and I instantly fell in love with it. It is beautiful and I look beautiful in it. I cannot wait to wear it to my wedding May of 2013. The only alterations that are needed are taken in on the sides just a smidge and get it hemmed because I am only 5 foot tall."

"I had looked online and saw a few and picked out the ones i liked under that price and never looked above it because i knew that i couldnt afford it on my own. I went to Davids Bridal thinking I wanted a slim fitting, lace top, less then $300 dress. My mom butts in and tells the consultant that she is willing to spend $1000 on my dress! I was sure that i wouldnt go that high beause i didnt want her to spent that much... BEST MOM EVER! When the consultant started bringing dresses over, i look fabulous in all of them so i was having a hard time deciding. My mom, again, butts in and says "bobbie, you should try on that princess dress we looked at earlier. I know its expensive but i think you should." so after 6 dresses already, the consultant gets that dress and when i tried it on i was really surprised at how much i liked it. I was looking at vintagey, romatic dresses and this one didnt really fit that bill. I kept walking around in it because i LOVED the train. I tried on a couple more dresses but my mom kept saying she liked this dress. When i came out in the dress that was in competition with this one, i realized i was looking for flaws because i genuinely loved the other dress. The consultant, who was AMAZING!, told me that my face lit up in this dress and that I was more beautiful in this one because of it. I nonchalantly said pointing to the this dress "this one in ivory" and my maid of honor was like, is that it? And when i put it back on i could feel the excitement! And when i rang the bell i got even more excited! I jumped up and down in my dressing room! Love this Dress! I am pinching the middle of it to make it sweetheart to give it more of a romatic fel :) it is beautiful!! Im so excited to get married in December!!"

"When my finance and I finally set a date, we didn't discuss the cost of my gown because I assumed we would go a more cost effective route and buy offline. I walked into a David's bridal one day, without an appointment and with my 2 year old son, my Maid of Honor and her daughter. I wanted help with measurements becasue the "street" and "tag" sizes online were confusing me and I didn't want to buy a dress, have it shipped, and it not fit. Immediately I was greeted by the nicest lady i've ever met and she offered me a bridal consultant. I had absolutely no intention of buying a gown but though it would at least be worth trying on a few. The consultant brought me three dress. This one and Two Vera Wangs. This was the 1st dress I put on and it fit perfectly. No alterations needed. I knew It was my dress and Immediately I knew I had to have it. I tried on the other two but I was SOLD on this one. Then I saw the price and I almost cried. We could'nt afford it. Then the consultant asked if I wanted to apply for a line of David's Bridal credit, and we were approved! I was so happy. I even got the bra and slip! Not only were the ladies genuinely interested in my wedding but they spent their time chasing my son around so I could try on dresses, shoes and tiaras! This dress was the last one they had, it was a floor model and they aren't making this model anymore... I feel so lucky! My wedding will be amazing and I cannot wait to wear it in April! THANKS David's Bridal."

"I was looking for a show piece, something that was dramatic, classic, traditional, flattering, and just completely stunning. I tried on a few different dresses before I tried on this dress, literally the second I put it on I was in love with it. It fit comfortably, it was flattering, and completely gorgeous. I didn't want to take it off. Of course, everyone tells the bride she looks beautiful on the wedding day, but in addition to that, I had several people compliment specific details of the dress. The consultant I worked with gave me some options to make it more "unique" I ended up wearing a white satin ribbon around the waist and tied it in a bow toward my right side and then added a brooch over the knot. The satin ribbon extended down the dress to above my knee. The ribbon helped extenuate my waist and just added to the beauty of this dress. I absolutely love this dress, I even had to put it on one more time before I sent it in for preservation. I am just completely in love with this dress!!"

"I bought this dress and had second guesses about it. I had the corset sewn in and it made a different look to the dress. I was hesitant till the day of the wedding and let's just say it really is the dress of my dreams. It photographs like a dream! no mater what light it's in it looks amazing the slight shimmer in every picture gives this dress texture and depth. I have full hips and am big chested but this made me look sexy with out being busty of curvy. I highly recommend this dress."

"Let me just say that when I went to get my dress I had no idea what I wanted. We tried on I dont know how many dresses, but the thing that was amazing was the first dress I tried on I absolutely LOVED!!! I ended up buying that dress. I know what you're thinking, if you loved it that much why try on other dresses. Well the dress was $1250 well above my budget, so I decided that was not going to be ideal so I needed to try on others and find another. Then the Davids bridal associates checked into it more to see if it was on sale and come to find out the perfect dress was discontinued and it was significantly reduced in price!! It couldn't have been a more perfect day!! And all my bridesmaids ordered their dresses too!!! Thank you Davids Bridal!!"

"I went to Davids Bridal looking for a mermaid style dress. I didn't even want a without sleeves because my back and shoulders are wide. This dress was given to me to try on and lets just say my bridal party liked it more than me, lol. I went in a second time to try on dresses and decided to try this one on again. "I shopped for this dress two years before we got married but it had been discontinued. Thank goodness, a year before our wedding, they started selling it again. It was perfect for our October wedding. It kept me warm on our chilly day and was just absolutely stunning. I got a lot of compliments. I didn't wear a slip with it and so it wasn't as poofy - which was perfect. I had some issues with the beading. They can easily come loose (especially if you're not careful during alterations). Overall, it made me feel beautiful and confident which was the most important thing!"

"The picture online does NOT do this dress justice! I completely overlooked this online but it was pulled for me to try on & I LOVED it. It is very, very heavy but we are getting the satin removed to lighten it up. I get to keep the satin and plan on getting something made for our 1st baby when that time comes. This dress is fun, light, & the bead work adds so much to this dress. I cannot wait to try it on after the satin is removed. I plan on dancing a lot at my reception and feeling like I am not carrying an extra person around will help keep me energetic. OTHER customers in the store saw me in this dress & told me from head-to-toe it was the perfect look for me and that I should look into modeling it for a magazine. How do you turn down a dress after that!? Every bride's dream compliment."

"I bought this dress for the fact that it was a strapless dress that didn't show a lot of cleavage and that I would be compfortable in and not have to pull up all night long....oh and all the vertical ruffles!!! I wanted formal and fun all in one.I realy like the train...but I knew i would not want a train for the reception. i really did not like it bustled at all... the store did work with me on trying a custom bustle (which i appreciated the custom attention, they wanted me to happy#...but at the actual reception, I stood on a chair and we cut it off with scissors #to the horror of many a spectator)and I LOVED it, I danced all night in it. I really liked how it went from a regal bridal gown (formal# to a party dress #fun). Afterwarsds I made pillow shams out of the ruffled skirt and a throw pillow out of the beaded bodice, it is great way to remember our wedding day everyday and it makes me smile whenever I see them on our bed. I would say give it a try and don't be closed to options and suggestions."

"I went in the store thinking they did not have dress like this when looking online I missed this one. But when I walked in I seen a flower girls dress like this one and I asked if they had a bridal gown like the bottom of that flower dress they did. I tried it on first I loved it and so did all of the 7 people with me and other customers stoped and told me how beautiful it was. I went in there thinking negative that I wouldnt find something flattering Im pregnant so I feel fat. It fit so good!!! I did not want to take it off!!"
