"I am a bigger girl so I was hesitant to get a strapless dress, but this dress was so flattering that I had to buy it. We had a country casual wedding so I added the black cumberbund style sash (also from davids bridal) and it was absolutely perfect! This dress flatters all the right curves!!"

"This was my 2nd dress. The first dress was beautiful but I herniated a disc in my lower back a month before my wedding. I was put on steroid treatment and gained some weight. I already had all of my accessories bought so I opted for a simple dress. This dress is lovely. The satin is beautiful. I added a Sangria sash and it was stunning. My waist looked so tiny. I felt beautiful! This is the kind of dress that you can make your own. I wish I could wear it again."

"My fiance and I are getting married in the Bahamas in April 2012 so I thought initially that I needed a flowy, "beachy" dress. I'm 5'08" and 125 and even though the lighter dresses looked ok on me I found they weren't what I really wanted. While at my second appointment at the David's in Alexandria, LA and after several of the same type of light, flowy dresses my mom chose this dress for me to try on. I'd seen it on the website and thought it looked too full and heavy for a beach wedding but as soon as I put it on everyone teared up, including my dad! I was pleasantly surprised at how light it was and even though it was warm inside the store I didn't feel uncomfortable. It needed to be altered just a tad since I won't be wearing shoes so my seamstress added more pick ups instead of hemming the bottom. I also purchased the pool blue (basically Tiffany blue) embellished sash and two pool blue flowers for my hair because I won't be wearing a veil. This dress is everything I never knew I wanted! I'm doubly excited because not only will I wear it for our wedding ceremony in April but in May there will be a reception with our friends and family so I get to wear it twice!"

"When I found this dress online I was instantly in-love with it. When I went in for my appointment today I tried on 5 others that were great but something didn’t feel right. They were beautiful but not for me. I saved the best for last. As I tried on this dress I had goosebumps. Perhaps it was the fact that I had dreams of me wearing this dress and I have been anticipating this moment for months. I knew it was for me the second I put it on. I can’t wait to wear this beautiful dress on my wedding day in October.
The jacket you see me in with this dress 3/4SLVSTN is beautiful with the dress, however I decided to go with the chiffon Shrug 81094 for a lighter look (in White.) The sash is so pretty with it too if your looking for a silver look. G21600 I’m getting the sash too. :)"

"I originally thought I wanted a simple flowing gown. They were awful on my shape. Then, I tried this gown on and I knew it was it before I even zipped it up. I purchased the gown today and I can't wait to wear it for my wedding in July. I purchased the 2 inch satin ribbon in watermelon to wear with it. (the picture shows the white ribbon it comes with. I am ringing the "I found my dress" bell in this picture). It's perfect!"

"I got married in Hawaii, and I wanted a simple dress without beading or a train. I loved the pickups and fit of this dress, and loved the watermelon pink sash. I was not planning to wear a veil, but I loved the veil with the watermelon pink trim. My maid of honor's dress from David's matched great too! David's in Rockford, IL was great when I bought my dress, and David's in Pearl City, HI was great for steaming my dress when I arrived in Hawaii!"

"We will be getting married on the beach in Florida in April. I had picked this dress out online before I even got to the store. It was the 2nd dress I tried on in the store and I knew it was my dress. I tried on some others, but in my mind nothing compared. I did not want any beading, I wanted satin, and I did not want a train. I recently had my first fitting and just like when I bought the dress in June I did not want to take it off. This picture is at my fitting after it was taken up about 6 inches and taken in around the top."

"I took my daughter and her sisters into David's Bridal today to purchase a wedding dress for her. She had an idea of what she wanted, when she tried those dresses on the dress wore her, she didn't wear it. She is very petite and a size 0. Until this dress, she came out and we really liked it, then the girl put on a beautiful beaded sash and it was "the dress"! My other daughters and I teared up instantly. She is going to make a beautiful bride! I want to point out that her sisters are 14, 9, and 6...it was a very emotional moment, one that we will cherish. Thank you David's Bridal!"

"I found this dress on line and fell in love with it, but realized that it was sleeveless. I don't wear sleeveless dresses. So when I entered the store to look for my flower girl dresses I spoke with the staff (who are awesome) and they told me that this dress along with a few other styles could have sleeves put on. My concern was that they would look funny because they weren't part of the "original" dress, so I took a gamble and bought the dress with the sleeves. It was in the store weeks earlier than promised and looks AWESOME!!!!! Thank you so much for such a beautiful dress! All of my expectations came true!"

"After over 4 great years, my highschool sweetheart and I decided to get married in March and to keep it simple, after all it's the marriage that counts, right? I searched David's Bridal Online for the cheapest dresses and instantly loved this one. I went to a boutique to try on dresses and tried on six or seven at David's Bridal in Fayetville and none of them felt so soft and comfortable as this one. It's almost like it hugs you lol. "I tried on more expensive dresses at a different store and left there feeling frustrated. When I got home I looked at the DB website and instantly fell in love with this dress, and that feeling was confirmed when I tried it on a few days later. The pick-ups give it a princess feel, the sash can be personaized (though I kept it white for my wedding) and I love that it does not have a train; I think trains are more trouble than they are worth. I got a TON of compliments on this dress, it is very classic and flattering on many different figures."

"I just wore this dress for my Aug. 20 wedding. It wasn't one of my original choices when I looked @ the website but the woman @ the store recommended it...I was glad! I am almost 5'10" and weigh about 133. I had to get some alterations so it would stay up. It was absolutely beautiful! I purchased a black ribbon to go with our wedding colors. I received so many compliments...highly recommend!!!"

"I had no clue what dress I wanted when I started shopping, except that I wanted color. It finally came down to this dress, and I got it in ivory, with a truffle sash (and we got the fancy sash). We added two spaghetti straps to each side of the dress as I don't like strapless and that was perfect. With a veil with a thin strip of color this dress was absolutely perfect."
