"I never thought I would have a wedding. So when I got engaged the first thing I did was go purchase a wedding dress. This was the forth one I tried on and I fell in love with it instantly. This was one of my picks off the internet. This is truly the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. The gold color and the corsett top look great on me! I can't wait to put this dress on, on the most important day of my life, when I marry the love of my life!"

"i made an appointment at david's bridal, intending to buy an oleg cassini gown that was on sale- i'd been looking for a tasteful dress with a pickup skirt. that dress was discontinued AND sold out, but the sales lady pulled a similar dress (this piece here!) for me, along with 6 dresses i'd marked as favorites. this gown was the first one i tried on, and i ended up taking it home that day! my mom, sister and i all agreed that it was perfect for me- just my style, it fit wonderfully, and it was surprisingly comfortable to sit down in. PLUS it was on sale! i modeled a few other gowns for them; one came close, but it wasn't as impressive as this dress. every time i think about it i smile; it is absolutely gorgeous, and i can't wait to show it off!"

This is THE dress

"My soon to be mother-in-law was having me look online for wedding dresses I may want. I wasnt going to look at Davids Bridal because I had been there before and felt like I had tried on every dress they had. Well while a couple of my bridesmaids were trying on there dresses I began to look around. Then my girls said I should try a couple on. "Just to get an idea of what you want", they said. Well I tried on a couple and they were pretty but then I got to this one. It was my size, on clearance, and fit me perfectly. Plus, the gold color looked great on me. White tends to wash me out. I didnt think I would want a dress with the pick up but now I couldnt imagine any other dress to wear. The funny thing is, my bridesmaids ended up picking the bridesmaid dress with the pick up. The whole day turned out to be perfect."

Still an Amazing Dress!

"I wore this dress almost five years ago on my wedding day. I am back on David's Bridal looking for a special dress for our five year anniversary and was excited to run across this dress!!!! I loved wearing this dress! I was originally looking for a simple wedding dress but was coerced into trying on every dress David's Bridal had to offer by a couple of my bridesmaids. When we got to this dress, I couldn't stop crying! It was the "shoe that only fit my foot"! On my wedding day, all I kept hearing was "this dress is so you!" "you look absolutely amazing!" I still love this dress and am happy to see so many other woman have fallen in love with it as well... Enjoy ladies!"

"I never wanted to get married... until I met my fiance. So long story short, I have never even considered looking at a wedding dress until my fiance asked me so i have absolutely NO IDEA of what I liked or what looked good. Not to mention I am the most indecisive person in the enitre world. The night before my appointment, I went online to add dresses to my favorites. I liked this dress but was unsure because it wasn't the traditional white princess fuffy dress. My fiance walked in after a while and scrolled through the HUGE selection. He points to this dress with the usual "that one looks pretty" and then walks away. Next comes his 10 year old son. (who is a total jock) He scrolls through and picks the EXACT SAME dress as his father not knowing which one his dad picked. So I yell for my guy and tell him how cute it is that they both picked this dress and that I kinda liked it too. At this point, I thought it was cute that they are so alike but I was NOT hot on the dress. It was gold. Who wears a gold dress?! I get to my appointment the next day and my (soon-to-be) mother-in-law is helping me with dresses. After many, she tells me that gold or ivory looks really good against my tan skin and dark hair. I had brought my 10 year old (soon-to-be) step son along and after 20 dresses, I noticed he was getting annoyed so I asked him to go try to find the dress he liked online since it wasn't in the mag they give you. ONLY 5 MINUTES! It only took this 10 year old boy 5 minutes, in a sea of wedding dresses, to find the one that he and his father liked. When I tried this dress on, my heart melted. It made my figure transform! It defined my waist and accented my hips... which I thought was a miracle. Out of the 20 dresses I tried, it looked phenomenal! Bonus, it was not just a coincidence that my (soon-to-be) step son and his father picked the same dress seperately that he just so happened to find in the store... and his mom was partial to gold/ivory dresses... and made me look like a princess. But the most important is that I LOVED IT! I actually thought I looked amazing which for a female is rare. I didn't want to take it off!! Needless to say, this dress it amazing and the story of how I acquired it is one I can tell my grandkids. :)"

"I absolutely love this dress. I tried on five different dress and I saved the best for last because I knew it was "The One". My dress fit like a glove and made me look very slim. I got it in Ivory and it looked great for the fall. I got married in October 2007 and it's still one of the best looking dresses I've seen to date. I highly recommend it."

"When I walked into David's Bridal I will admit that i was overwhelmed by the selection of gowns.My first thought was how am I going to find the perfect gown amoung all of these beautiful choices especially since I went there 2 1/2 hours before closing and was by myself and it had to be the perfect gown without a shadow of a doubt because on Christmas morning, the man that I have loved since I was 15 asked me to be his wife. I had this feeling in my heart that I was going to walk out empty handed because I had already been to one boutique but none of the gowns would do. Well just as i believed years back when you find the right one you will just "feel it". After giving my information to the lady at the front desk I took a deep breath and headed down an isle of gowns (in the correct size) This beautiful gown was the first gown that I pulled from the rack . I knew I didnt want a white gown I was looking for something in ivory, or champaigne because of my complection and red hair and I didnt want a big frilly gown either. I wanted something with an "OLD WORLD" feel to it . Well the lady at the desk had told me to pick out three and that a consultant would be around to help me in the dressing area. Within a few moments i picked out two others.. very lovely gowns. First I want to say that the woman who helped me get in and out of these gowns was a most lovely soul and she made my experience at David's so enjoyable and stress free I am going to call her T.H (not wanting to use full names) What a blessing. She even went back and picked out a dress she thought i might like . Well truth is all of the gowns were beautiful but when I put this gown on it was like falling in love all over again.. there was just something about this gown.. the way I felt in this gown and it showed. T.H. left for a moment while I stood looking at myself in the mirror and returned shortly with a long 1 tier ivory veil that had lace about the edges giving it a vintage charm.. It is the Perfect Gown to marry my fellow in. I cant wait to wear this gown on my wedding day. The perfect gown for a day I have waited so many years for."

"My wedding is not till next year 2012..When I saw this dress online I knew it was the one. When I tried it on I didn't want to take it off. Oh my god!!! I have an hour glass shape but am not in shape. This dress made me look like a perfect hour glass and will look magnificiant when I lose the extra pounds... plus David's offers a corset to attach to the back to replace the zip up. O M G!! Can you say gorgeous with the tie up. Awesome dress & fit perfect. You must buy it."

"when i went to davids bridal i had previously looked at the gowns online and was sad to find out they didnt have any of the ones i liked because they were online exclusives only. so needless to say i had to start all over picking out dresses to try on. this was the 4th dress that i tried on that day and as soon as i put it on i knew it was the "one". i have a very small frame im 5'3" and this dress was just amazing on. my fiance was there the day i tried it on and he absolutly loved the dress too. i couldnt have made a better purchase. we wanted to do something not traditional and this was definetly the dress for it."

Very slimming gown!

"The first time my fiance and I went to Davids Bridal, he didnt want me to try this own because of the light gold color. I tried on many other gowns but none were the "one". We went to other bridal shops and still none were the "one". We decided to go back to David's bridal to try on some of the same gowns again and figured we had nothing to lose by trying on some we had dimissed earlier. Because this is both of ours second wedding, I didnt want white. Plus I'm paler and have blonde hair so I was only trying on ivory. When I did try this gown on, my fiance said it was amazing and the corset-style top is amazingly slimming. I am only 115lbs and 5'2" but this made me look very very curvy. The light gold color goes beautifully with my skin tone and hair. We knew this dress was "it" almost instantly. We are getting married in Vegas in a small intimate wedding so I'm having a bustle added on. I cannot wait to walk down the aisle in this dress!!"
