"I'm wearing this slip with Style WG3199 and it looks great, adding the perfect amount of fullness without looking too fluffy. I ordered a size 4, and it fits well with my size 2 dress. I would definitley recommend this slip for any similar style dresses."

"It gives my dress a great fullness, and a great shaper as well!! Do be careful though, as mentioned in previous comments... I am a size 8 and had to get a size 14 to fit me!! So don't get size sticker shock!!"

"The quality was good and I'm sure the slip would work with some mermaid silhouettes, but it was too much flair for mine. If it looks good without, go without, your dress designer probably meant it to be that way. I returned my purchase."

"Like the previous comments, I'm a size 12 and I ordered size 14W thinking "just in case." Unfortunately, the "just-in-case-one-size-up" wasn't enough even though I fit size 10/12. I have to improvise the zipper to fit my hips-- though my hips are not wide/big! Based on that, I will not recommend if you have voluptuous hips. After all the changes, it filled-up the dress and did it job."

"I bought this for my niece...it was a size 4, when I tried it on for her I could not zip it. And I am not bigger than that. I can even wear a 2.
So be aware...it's beauiful, but get a size bigger than you do usually."

"Be careful! I am a 14/16 and ordered this in a 16 and it didn't fit. At all. Like, it didn't zip, come together, nothing. Because it is nylon, if I tried to sit down in it I know it'll rip itself in half. But because I really wanted to have that extra flow to my dress (and these puppies are so hard to find) I took the back, disabled the zipper and added stretch nylon to the back to allow space for my hips and dupa. Once I attached and secured it, it fit well. Interested to see the dress + shoes + petticoat at my fitting!"

"I was originally not planning on wearing a slip under my dress at all, however, I am so glad the seamstress at my alterations appointment knew better. When going to my first fitting the length was maybe 1/2 an inch too long, but when we pinned it to try and hem, it looked completely wrong. She then decided to put this slip under my dress (CLR277). It gave just enough outward extra to the dress it now falls PERFECTLY to the length i wanted, plus were then able to take my dress in down the thighs and gave me even more of a defined hourglass thanks to the curves it created at the bottom. Without this slip I never would have gotten the exact look I was going to in my dress. SOOO glad she talked me into it."

"This slip really tucks in my belly and adds great fullness to the bottom of my gown. It was far more comfortable than most shape-wear that don't allow you to breath. I could definitely breath in this slip. It made a wonderful gown look perfect."

"I purchased a fit and flare dress from DBs. At first, they had me in the wrong slip. When they finally gave me this slip to try with my dress, I was in heaven. It is SUCH a difference in the dress. The tummy panel does wonders about smoothing out your stomach and hips. It is perfect. It has the perfect amount of flare at the bottom. The smooth silhouette running down your thighs is perfect. It is quite cooler in temperature than other slips I've worn. Great breathable material. Much recommended!"

"I purchased a trumpet style dress that at the time of purchase I was more 'in love' with the price than the dress. Don't get me wrong, I had prerequisites in mind and the dress meet them, but it was just ok. I got all my undergarments and shoes, when I put the dress on for my first fitting... I knew I had chosen the perfect dress for me! The slip gave my dress a lovely lift, did I mention the TUMMY PANEL!?!!?!! Awesome slip!!!"

"Bought to wear under gown SAS1200 and it looked fabulous! Especially when walking down the aisle and when dancing....and showing off my shoes....very girly and has a power waist (means that it holds you in!) so I didn't have to wear spanx under the dress....I wore it from under my bustline to give a smooth look....."

"I looked everywhere for this and wasnt sure about this because the pictures online done do it much justice. It really enhances the flare of the mermaid/trumpet/fit and flare gown. When I took this to my dress fitting everyone was asking where I bought it because it has smooth overlay and underlay of fabric so the hard tulle never touches your skin or the dress so there is no risk of snags or skin irritation like most other slips."

"I was told by the DB that this would not work for my dress (style VW9340), however I kept being persistent as the description of my dress is a trumpet dress. This slip is amazing, though I love my dress I wanted it to live up to its title as a trumpet dress. It is lightweight, helps slim the stomach area and worth the price. I cannot wait to wear my dress in 2 weeks with this on and show off my beautiful dress!"

"I wondered why they didnt have a slip for the mermaid style dresses to really fill them out and show off their beautiful shape. Then my consultant called to say they finally came out with just that slip! Im wearing it with Galina dress style #VWE8893. My weddings in Aug 09 so if it ends up being too hot I can wear it for pictures then take it off when Im ready to dance the night away! :-)"
