"I ordered this dress for one of my bridesmaids, and as some of the other reviews have stated, we ordered the size she usually wears and the one the sizing chart indicated based on measurements, and we had to return it because it was too small. I wish I had read those before we purchased it, and I'm so thankful the size we need is available now since I've had some issues with availability of online bridesmaids' attire. The material affects the color a bit; both of the chiffon dresses differ in color from the lapis jersey fabric as well as the lapis cotton sateen fabric. Just something to consider if you're selecting different styles in a single color."

"I purchased three dresses in the Lapis. The color is perfect and the style, quality etc. are just what we were looking for in a beach bridesmaid dress. The sizing is completely off though. We ordered according to the measurements noted however the smallest size available is a 2. One girl is a 0 so we ordered the 2 and it fit. One girl just had a baby so she ordered a size larger than she would normally wear and it fit. The one that ordered her size........nope! I have to send it back and get the next size up."

"I had to buy this dress twice. The first time I thought it was just too small because the zipper wouldnt zip so I bought it again in a larger size. The chest was huge! Then when I get to the wedding everyone had problems with the zippers. Mine came with a useless strap. One of the girl's broke. Some didnt even get a strap."

"The negative... Highly disappointed when this dress came in... It was poorly made and the hem where the skirt attaches was raveled all the way to the thread and the fabric that had unraveled was just in big clumped up balls... Very sadly disappointed, going to exchange it for a different dress.

"I decied to finally get married but decied out of the clear blue that for sure i wanted it to be 9/10/11 so that only gave me 2months to plan everything &with working full time & a 6mnth old & a 4yr old I am already pushed for time so I decied to be very brave and order these dresses offline on sale so no returning them the wedding party= 2 of the girls are smaller (one prego) and 2 are a little bigger(8,14,20,22 sizes) all of the dresses fit perfect and I have no complaints they are beautiful, fun and are all in the colors that i wanted (clover, canery,watermelon, wistery?) they are also so nice bc the girls can wear them again which is what i was looking for when getting the dresses. I am very veyr very satisfied"

"I bought 5 of these dresses, two in the light puple and 3 in the dark purple. My bridesmaids love the dresses. Only isue we had was that the sizes run small so order one size up. You can always alter it smaller not bigger. My girls all love the dresses so much they have worn them again. Perfect dress for full figured women and super cute for the slim women as well. Loved my girls in the dresses!"

"According to the size chart I am a perfect size 6 so I ordered an 8 to be safe. The dress in a size 8 was so tiny I couldn't zip it. Because it was final sale I had to buy the poor quality, ugly dress again. This time in a 10, which was HUGE. Now I have to spend a fortune to get it altered for the wedding. I would define my experience with David's Bridal and the dress in one word, GARBAGE. And expensive garbage at that."

"Zipper is hard to zip at the waist transition. Back of the dress lays a little strange- hopefully after this is dry-cleaned it will lay right. Overall the dress is nice. Will wear in wedding and also out to dinner with a shrug."

"The 3 ladies in my bridal party ordered this dress online. It was true to size, although women with a small bust size might need a padded bra to fill it out! The material was light weight and did not wrinkle. Our ceremony was outside in Texas in June, and this dress was perfect for my beautiful bridesmaids! The colors worked nicely together and they will most likely be able to wear this dress for another occasion. Great dress!"

"Very comfortable dress. Looked great on all of the different dress sizes that we in the wedding party. Smallest was a size 2 and largest a 12. So excellent fit and look for all shapes and sizes. Perfect for a beach wedding too!!!!! Loved wearing it. Just a hint with sizing. I am usually an 8 and I needed a 12, bust was huge so needed to get altered, but soooo worth it!"

"I got this dress for my friend's destination wedding. I was very impressed with the quality, fit, affordability, and style. I am 5'10", and the length is great (just above the knee). "I love the look of this dress. It is flattering and looks nice on, the only problem is it runs a little big. I ordered a dress from David's in the same size a year ago and it fit perfectly, but this one is too big. (I'm the same size I was then, the other dress still fits) Also, it is definately not made for use gals who don't have much chest. Very pretty dress though. I just wish it fit."
